Brushlab Pretty Pink Dual Mirror Brush: A Review

The great people at Brush Lab have sent me a few brushes to try out so today I'm reviewing my favorite of the bunch! The Pretty Pink Dual Mirror Brush.

The Claim:

The Good:

First off, as soon as I opened the box the hot pink color drew me in. I love the hot pink and black color combo. Its cute size makes it perfect for just tossing it in your purse to touch up your hair on the go. Its really lightweight and feels good on the scalp. I'm one of those people who enjoy having my scalp scratched and hair washed and the brush works great without feeling its pulling your hair out. You can see below in a zoom shot that after brushing my whole head, there is very little shedding in the brush.

The Bad:

The Mirror can get a little smudgy, if you're toting it around with you, but that is to be expected.

Overall:

Even babies like it! Haha, that's my little cousin attempting to brush her hair. I've been using this brush for a few weeks now and it stays in my purse. If any of you know me well, you know that I always carry huge purses with tons of stuff. The bright color makes it easy to find in the midst of all my clutter and its light so it doesn't weigh my bag down. Because It rubs against so many things in my bag, the mirror usually does get a bit smudgy but all it takes is a quick swipe with a clean cloth to remove it. I definitely recommend this brush for traveling, you can buy it online or at your local Ulta.
